Q: What is "Verified by Visa"?
A: "Verified by Visa" is now available on CityLine website. If you are using a Visa card for payment, your issuing institution may verify your identity through "Verified by Visa". You cannot complete the transaction if "Verified by Visa" fails to authenticate your identity. To avoid this, please visit Visa Website and contact your Visa card issuing institution to learn more about this new security feature.
Q: How much is the service charge?
A: For online booking, a handling fee of HK$6.5 per ticket (up to a maximum of HK$30 per transaction in the priority booking, and up to a maximum of HK$20 per transaction after the priority booking) for all tickets, while that for HKIFF Screenings at HKCEC is HK$10 per ticket.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. Your credit card account will be charged after you have confirmed the order. All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Q: How to check online transaction detail?

Q: I booked but I didn't get a Confirmation page. What should I do?
A: Please check your transaction detail here before order again, or you can call 2317-6666, select language and select "check your transaction detail", then input your credit card number for transaction detail checking.
Q: How do I select seats?
A: Free seating for all screenings, except “In the name of Love: The Films of Evan Yang”at Hong Kong Film Archive. After you select the show, performance date and time, you can select the price and number of tickets. We ensure you will get the best seats chosen by the computer, but it is not guaranteed that seats are adjacent.
