Ticket holders may also choose to attend a screening of a replacement film at the same time slot. Refund is not available if the patron elects to attend the replacement screening. Refunds applications are also not available for all completed screenings.
For Category III films, refunds will only be made to ticket holders under 18 years of age who have bought the tickets before the announcement.
Forms for Refund application are now available until 31 May 2009 at Hong Kong City Hall, Hong Kong Cultural Centre and the box offices of the screening venues. You may also download the forms here. Completed application forms and ticket(s) should be returned by post to the Hong Kong International Film Festival Office (7/F United Chinese Bank Building, 31-37 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong) on or before 31 May 2009, with the subject “Refund Application” on envelope. Refund cheques of the net amount of ticket will be sent to ticket holders by post (Other charges will not be refunded).
